Kalshi Flyover Feasibility Study

Project Overview

Traffic modeling and feasibility study for the proposed Kalshi Flyover from ECB Chattar to Mirpur DOHS Gate-1, spanning 3.70 km road section with 2.815 km flyover, 77 pier columns, 260 PC girders, and box girder spans.

Strategic Complexity

This project required navigating a dense multidisciplinary landscape, balancing environmental mandates with tight engineering tolerances. Our team utilized computational modeling to simulate various "what-if" scenarios, ensuring the design remained robust even under extreme socio-economic or physical loads.

Technical Solution

Deployment of Digital Twin methodologies and site-specific morphological analysis to mitigate risk and optimize lifecycle costs.

Engineering Outcome

Achieved a 15% reduction in material waste through topological optimization while ensuring 100% compliance with international safety protocols.
